My only recommendation is that it is difficult to know what to look at first because you put a hefty amount of detail into everything. Sometime in the future you could try to focus on what you consider the theme, or highlight of the painting, to be and put most of your work into that area of the painting and allow the rest to slip out of focus, or detail, a bit. Just something to tinker with.

turned out great. i agree with ethergaurde about the focus and details. some of it looks very rough and sorta unfinished right now, but the heavy detail parts are excellent. good stuff all in all. and no problemo about following the wip it was interesting

Fun piece! Now I want to do something with venus flytraps some time, it never crossed my mind! My only comment is that there is no focal point. Every item seems to share the same importance. Maybe the water should have some color in it.

Thank you guys! I think you're right about concentration point..It's just - the client wanted several things to be clear and visible and one of the sizes of the location is pretty small - so I had to make them clear and contrast simply for being visible.
Well - it's not such a great artwork - it's just a small location. I'll post my other locations soon - just to compare. I think I improved a little since the first one..At least - it nice to think so ^_^

I've made the snake at 10 minutes - I swear - I think that the reason it came out a bit awkward..But my boyfriend was waiting for me and I couldn't make him wait any longer because of some stupid snake

Really nice concept. I like it. But, i just think that some shading area of color look to black. The symbol on the ground is cool.

Very cool Nadia. I like all the elements. There's a lot to look at here. Venus Flytraps are the coolest little plants. I had one once and fed it little pieces of hamburg in the winter when bugs weren't around.
